Small Business Package

I recently spoke with two small business owners who have spent a couple of days out of their month away from the job they perform, due to administration. One of these people is a cleaner and one is a builder. When I talked with them about how much money they lose on these days, they realised there really is benefit in hiring someone to do all this paperwork for them. I have created this package to give people that are unsure, the opportunity to try the service and then adjust tasks performed to their individual requirements.

$300 includes

Maintaining your social media for the month – This can be used to send out posts, create a page, create ads, reply to comments, etc.

2 Hours of administration – this can include (but is not limited to):

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Staff Rosters
  • Checking through Resumes
  • Document completion
  • Ordering
  • Filing
  • Booking appointments
  • Email handling
  • Putting together your newsletter
  • The list does not stop here!!!
